SHOPPING ONLINE ADVICE.

If you're out of state. It would be best if you get measured by a professional tailor near you, then after placing your order send your measurements, your name, and your order number to us at bettyonceboutique@gmail.com and we will make sure your dress fits perfectly. After purchased and receiving your dress you have 2 business days to send it back for exchange.

Renting Policy

Please note all our Bridal and Quinceanera Gowns are Half price to Rent for 5 days. Before and after your event, the cleaning of the normal stains such as dust/dirts on underside of hem and train and slight perspiration are included in the rental price. If any damages or severe stains, such as motor oil, blood, food, and wine will be subject to extra cleaning charges, quoted by the professional cleaner. Should the damage be so severe that the gown can't be cleaned or repaired to its original state, the full price will be charged. All the gowns that are available for rent are in store please use the chat button to schedule an appointment.
