Please note: All exchanged items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, and free of lint and hair; merchandise must be in its original packaging with all tags attached. All exchanges must be made within 2 days of its original purchase date. All sales are FINAL on DESIGHNER CUSTOM MADE DRESSES AND MARKED DOWN items. All designer custom-made dresses are final sale. Any concerns or alterations must be addressed before the dress leaves the store. Once the dress has been picked up and is in the customer’s possession, no returns, exchanges, or further alterations will be accepted. Thank you for shopping with us.

SHOPPING ONLINE ADVICE.

If you're out of state. It would be best if you get measured by a professional tailor near you, then after placing your order send your measurements, your name, and your order number to us at bettyonceboutique@gmail.com and we will make sure your dress fits perfectly. After purchased and receiving your dress you have 2 business days to send it back for exchange.

Renting Policy

Please note all our Bridal and Quinceanera Gowns are Half price to Rent for 5 days. Before and after your event, the cleaning of the normal stains such as dust/dirt’s on underside of hem and train and slight perspiration are included in the rental price. If any damages or severe stains, such as motor oil, blood, food, and wine will be subject to extra cleaning charges, quoted by the professional cleaner. Should the damage be so severe that the gown can't be cleaned or repaired to its original state, the full price will be charged. All the gowns that are available for rent are in store.
