ABOUT BETTYONCÉ’S BOUTIQUE
Bettyoncé’s Boutique is a bridal and special-occasion boutique located inside South Shore Plaza at 250 Granite Street, Braintree, MA 02184. We offer wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses, mother-of-the-bride and mother-of-the-groom dresses, Quinceañera/Sweet 16 gowns, prom dresses, flower girl and children’s dresses, and other special-occasion apparel and accessories. Gifts: such as Perfumes, Candles.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Some items displayed on our website are available in stock, while others may need to be ordered from the designer or manufacturer. Availability may vary by style, size, color, and designer.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order is submitted, Bettyoncé’s Boutique will contact the customer to discuss available options.
PRICING
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices and availability may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated or displayed during checkout.
SIZING & MEASUREMENTS
Customers are responsible for selecting their size and providing accurate measurements when measurements are requested.
Designer sizing may differ from standard clothing sizes. Providing measurements allows us to assist with selecting an appropriate size but does not guarantee a custom fit. Alterations may still be necessary and, unless specifically stated otherwise, are not included in the purchase price.
SPECIAL-ORDER & DESIGNER DRESSES
Certain dresses must be ordered from the designer. Processing times vary depending on the designer, style, size, color, and availability.
Some special-order dresses may arrive within approximately 1–3 weeks, while certain designer or wedding gowns may require additional time.
Customers purchasing for a specific occasion should provide their event date when requested and place orders as early as possible.
SHIPPING
Shipping charges, processing times, and estimated delivery information are provided in our Shipping Policy. Processing time and carrier transit time are separate.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT
Return and exchange eligibility varies depending on the type of merchandise purchased. Certain merchandise, including custom-made, special-order, marked-down, and final-sale merchandise, may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Please review our Returns, Exchanges & Rental Policy before purchasing.
QUINCEAÑERA & SWEET 16 RENTALS
Rental services are available in store only for eligible Quinceañera and Sweet 16 gowns.
Customers must visit Bettyoncé’s Boutique in person to try on and select an eligible gown. Rental availability and pricing are confirmed in store. Online gown rentals are not available.

ORDER INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, shipping, event-date, sizing, and measurement information when placing an order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your order information.
PRODUCT COLORS & IMAGES
We make every reasonable effort to display product colors and details accurately. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and the customer’s device or screen settings.
